Allow 7-30 working days for delivery

Express

Allow 3-15 working days for delivery. Order must be submitted before 12:00 pm MST Monday - Friday. This service is not available to all locations and is not available for PO Boxes.

Over Weight

Allow for 5-15 working days for delivery. Order must be submitted before 12:00 pm MST Monday - Friday. This service is not available to all locations and is not available for PO Boxes.

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Please allow 3 to 5 business days from the order date for orders to be shipped. Free shipping DOES NOT always cover insurance. We do not ship or process orders on weekends or holidays.

Please double-check that all of your information is correct before confirming a purchase, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to an incorrect address. 

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Once a package leaves our location it is out of our control. If you have issues or concerns please contact the logistics provider attached with your tracking number.

By confirming your purchase, you agree that Shopping Market will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages that occur during the shipment process. 

LOST PACKAGES - if your package is lost please allow up to 7 days for it to show up. If it has not arrived 7 days past your delivery notification please contact us (contact pg) and contact the shipping carrier to begin the claim process. 

Additional Shipping & Handling Information:

Merchandise cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box. 

Certain fragrance and certain body care products cannot be shipped to some countries, Please check your country restricted items policies before ordering.

International orders can be further delayed due to the customs office of the destination country: These delays are beyond the control of Shopping Market and we apologize for not being able to supply any information regarding why or how long your parcel may be delayed.

Duties and Taxes:

Important: The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient's country and carrier-related fees. These additional charges will be collected from the recipient by our shipping carrier at the time of delivery.
