Shopping Market Return & Exchange Policy

 

Need to return an item? We strive to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases and will accept returns of regular priced merchandise, in the original new condition with tags attached, within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the Return Policy below: 

 

 

Please notify SHOPPING MARKET support team regarding your return or exchange, Include the following information in the email.

  1. The email address used to place your order and your order or shipment number
  2. If you are having trouble locating your order, please reach out to our Customer Service Team.
  3. Please include a copy of the invoice with your return to ensure proper credit in a timely manner.
  4. All returns must be authorized by Shopping Market in advance (our warehouse can’t accept returns without a valid return number).
  5. Shopping Market can’t accept returns of printed, washed, or decorated merchandise. You are responsible for inspecting the garments before performing any alterations or embellishments.
  6. If you have a problem or discrepancy (including shortages, damages, etc) Contact our Support team within 72 hours of receiving your goods.
  7. If returning defective merchandise please use a piece of tape to indicate the location of the flaw.
  8. All returned or refused shipments are subject to outbound freight charges and return freight charges. 
  9. Make sure your item qualifies for return/exchange (Table Below)

Note: Sale or promotional merchandise are a final sale and not returnable.

 

Customers may return merchandise by any trackable method at their own expense within 14 days of receiving their product.

Refunds & Processing Time:

If your package arrives at the Shopping Market Returns Department showing a shipping date within the 14-day timeline specified above and is eligible for return under Shopping Market return policy, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within two weeks from the date we receive the item(s). You will be notified via email to the address associated with your order when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Shopping Market.
