Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Please wait 2-8 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to process your order.
Generally, the order will be delivered in 10-20 working days after it ships out. However, in rare cases, it takes longer for the order to be delivered (mostly depending on your location). If your order has not been delivered in 45 working days, please contact us, and our support team will take care of it for you.
Note: Buyers are liable for any duties and taxes.
Incorrect shipping information
Shopping Market is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to the missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please take great care to enter the correct shipping details when at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us as soon as possible explaining the error and provide the correct information within 24 hours. However please understand that if the package has already been shipped that we are often unable to alter the destination address at this stage. Shopping Market reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee.

Logistics Tracking
After your order ships out, you’ll receive an email for order confirmation, which includes a tracking number. You can use it to check order status.
It can take a few days following order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
If your order has not been delivered in 45 days after you receive the email for order confirmation, please send us your name and order number via email. We will look into it for you.
Parcel Delivered
Please check for short delivery or damaged / wrong product when receiving parcels. For any problems, please email us immediately, with product photos / your name / order number provided, so that we will fix it upon evaluation.
